United States Second Circuit
Epps v. Poole, 10-2206
District court's denial of defendant's request for habeas relief from his murder conviction is affirmed, as in concluding that the evidence at trial supported the conviction for depraved-indifference murder as a matter of state law as understood at the time of the conviction became final, the district court did not unreasonably apply federal law.
