Defendant's convictions for conspiring and attempting to commit Hobbs Act robberies, firearm and drug-related crimes, are affirmed, as the venue in the Southern District of New York for prosecution of the attempted Hobbs Act robbery in Long Island was supported by a preponderance of the evidence showing that the robbery would have affected commerce directly in the Southern District of New York, where defendant reasonably could have foreseen that the robbery target dealt the drugs and earned the drug proceeds that were the object of the robbery, and defendant had already taken a substantial step toward committing attempted Long Island robbery.
