In plaintiff's discrimination suit against a restaurant under the Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, for in-hospital treatment with regard to her health-service dog, district court's judgment in favor of the restaurant is affirmed, where: 1) there is no basis for overturning the district court's findings that plaintiff was not denied full and equal access to and use of the restaurant, either with or without her service dog; and 2) its ruling that restaurant employees' comments did not constitute a violation of the ADA.
