Sentence and conviction for possession and receipt of child pornography are reversed and the matter remanded for further proceedings where: 1) evidence against defendant was seized as a result of a search that violated the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution; and 2) the exclusionary rule requires that the evidence seized be suppressed.
