Brault v. Social Security Administration, 11-2121

In an action for disability benefits, district court's affirmance of the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying plaintiff's application for disability benefits where: 1) the Commissioner's determination was supported by substantial evidence; and 2) as a matter of first impression in this Circuit, the administrative law judge was not required to state expressly his reasons for accepting a vocational expert's challenged testimony.
