Noel v. New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, 12-41
In an appeal from a temporary injunction requiring all new taxi medallions and street-hail livery licenses issued in the City of New York be limited to vehicles that are wheelchair accessible, the district court's injunction and grant of partial summary judgment for plaintiffs is reversed where defendants are not in violation of Title II, Part A, of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
