Epps v. Poole, 10-2206

Denial of petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. section 2254 is affirmed where the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court did not unreasonably apply federal law when it determined, as a matter of New York law, that the evidence at petitioner-appellant's trial supported the jury's verdict, convicting him of second degree "depraved indifference" murder.
