In an appeal of imposed sanctions of $10,000 in fees and costs pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 against plaintiffs, their attorneys and firm, arising out of an underlying trademark infringement suit based on plaintiff's sale of counterfeit versions of defendant's hoisin sauce, the sanctions are affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in concluding that the action was frivolous and in deciding to impose monetary sanctions pursuant to Rule 11. Motion for additional sanctions is denied.
