A 46-month sentence for a foreign national's illegal reentry into the United States is affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in assessing the defendant a two-point criminal history enhancement for having committed the crime while on supervised release, since a term of supervised release does not terminate upon deportation; and 2) the sentence was procedurally and substantively reasonable.
