In a sentencing challenge by a defendant convicted of conspiring to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute heroin, the sentence is affirmed, as: 1) it was not procedurally unreasonable, where the district court did not impose the prison term to promote the defendant's rehabilitative needs, and the court's discussion of rehabilitation during the sentencing proceeding was permissible; and 2) taking into account the totality of the circumstances, the 96-month term of imprisonment was not shockingly high or otherwise unsupportable as a matter of law, and thus it was not substantively unreasonable.
