United States Second Circuit

Amidax Trading Group v. S.W.I.F.T. SCRL, 09-3293

District court judgment dismissing complaint by seller of household cleaning products against government officials and a provider of electronic instructions on how to transfer money among financial institutions, and the court's order denying the seller's postjudgment motion for reconsideration, are affirmed where: 1) the seller did not have Article III standing to assert its claims because the seller failed to allege a plausible injury in fact; 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying jurisdictional discovery; and 3) it would be futile to allow the seller to amend its complaint.
