Dexter 345 Inc. v. Cuomo, 11-1802
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying hotel owners’ motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent enforcement of state law prohibiting rental of hotel rooms in certain types of buildings for less than 30 days, Chapter 225 of the Laws of New York State of 2010, judgment is affirmed where appellants failed to make a sufficient showing of irreparable injury.
