In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing appellant's suit for improper venue on the basis of a forum selection clause, judgment is reversed where the the forum selection clause was permissive, not mandatory, because it contains no specific language of exclusion evidencing an intent by the parties to grant exclusive jurisdiction to named forum.
