In a petition for review of an order of the BIA affirming an order of removal on the ground that petitioner, a native of Ukraine, had been convicted of an aggravated felony, petition is granted with relief where a state conviction for promoting prostitution in the third degree does not constitute an aggravated felony within the meaning of 8 U.S.C. section 1101(a)(43)(K)(i).
