United States Second Circuit

US v. Archer, 10-4683

In an appeal from the conviction and sentencing of defendant for visa fraud and conspiracy to commit visa fraud, conviction and sentencing are upheld where defendant's appellate challenges on the grounds that the district court erred in rejecting his proposed jury instructions and that the evidence was insufficient to demonstrate his knowledge of the fraud are without merit.
