In a suit for reinstatement brought by a former employee terminated during military service, judgment of the district court is affirmed where it correctly: 1) denied defendant-appellant's motion for summary judgment; 2) awarded liquidated damages against defendant for failing to promptly reemploy plaintiff-veteran in a position of like "seniority, status and pay" after service and as required by the USERRA; and 3) denied defendant's post-trial motions for judgment as a matter of law, or in the alternative, for a new trial.
