US v. Aumais, 10-3160

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court sentencing defendant, upon his plea conviction for child pornography, to 121 months' imprisonment and ordering restitution to finance future counseling costs of victim, 18 U.S.C. section 2259, judgment is affirmed where court committed no procedural or substantive error in imposing the sentence of imprisonment but reversed where defendant's possession of victim's images was not a substantial factor in causing her loss.
