A.Q.C. v. US, 10-2086

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's medical malpractice claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. sections 1346, 2401, and 2671-2680, judgment is affirmed where plaintiff failed to comply with the two-year limitations period set out in 28 U.S.C. section 2401(b), and because equitable tolling, even if available, is unwarranted.
