Madoff Investment Securities LLC, 15 U.S.C. section 78aaa et seq., judgment of the bankruptcy court affirming the determination of the Trustee to calculate investors' net equity on the basis of Net Investment Method is affirmed where the determination is legally sound in light of the circumstances of this case and the relevant statutory language.
