United States Second Circuit
Millea v. Metro-North R.R. Co., 10-409
In a labor and employment action alleging violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, judgment of the district court is affirmed where the court properly denied defendant's Rule 50 motion for judgment as a matter of law on plaintiff's claim of interference, but reversed where it erred in rejecting a Burlington Northern jury charge and in its calculation of attorneys' fees.
