Smith v. SEC, 10-3576

In a dispute arising from an order of the district court lifting an asset freeze for the purpose of authorizing the interlocutory sale of a vacation home owned by relief-defendant, judgment the court is affirmed where it did not abuse its discretion in finding that the sale was necessary to preserve the value of the asset pending resolution of the merits of the underlying action.
