Conviction and sentencing of defendant on charges relating to drug trafficking, including murder, are upheld over defendant's challenges that he was entitled to: 1) acquittal on some of those counts by reason of double jeopardy and insufficiency of the evidence; 2) resentencing on other counts; and 3) a new trial.
