US v. Jackson, 07-0263

Conviction and sentencing of defendant for murder in course of a drug conspiracy, 21 U.S.C. section 848(e)(1)(A), and several other charges relating to drug trafficking are upheld over defendant's challenges that he was entitled to: 1) acquittal on some of those counts by reason of double jeopardy and insufficiency of the evidence; 2) resentencing on other counts; and 3) a new trial.
