Conviction and sentencing of defendant on one count of health care fraud, 18 U.S.C. Section 1347, and five counts of wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. Section 1343, are upheld because: 1) defendant committed fraud by using the internet to solicit a large number of persons to buy his organ transplant services; and 2) the district court correctly applied a two-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. Section 2B1.1(b)(2)(A)(ii) and 2B1.1(b)(13)(A).
