Service Employees Intl. Union v. National Labor Relations Bd., 10-3616

In a dispute challenging the decisions of the respondent and arising from an action to enforce a collective bargaining agreement, judgment of the respondent is: 1) affirmed where it adequately addressed its own precedents in findings supported by substantial evidence, and where it did not err by refusing to grant petitioner extraordinary remedies; but 2) reversed where it misunderstood its authority on the matter of successorship.
