In a dispute arising from the retaliatory termination of plaintiff's employment, 42 U.S.C. section 2000e et seq., judgment of the district court reducing amount of punitive damages award is affirmed where original award was unconstitutionally excessive and district court lacked jurisdiction to correct its clerical error without first obtaining leave to do so.
