United States Second Circuit
Capital Ventures International v. Republic of Argentina, 10-4520
In a dispute arising from the attachments of defendant's reversionary interest in the collateral securing certain bonds, judgment of the district court modifying attachments is reversed where plaintiff is entitled to maintain its attachments even though the terms of the bonds' Collateral Pledge Agreement means that the attachments will effectively block a proposed exchange between defendant and the holders of the bonds.
