In a dispute arising from a petition for the imposition of a constructive trust on certain forfeited assets, 21 U.S.C. section 853(i), judgment of the district court denying petition is reversed where: 1) section 853(i) does not preclude, as a matter of law, recognition of a constructive trust; and 2) a constructive trust is not inconsistent with the forfeiture statutory scheme.
