In a dispute involving the application of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, 28 U.S.C. Section 1611(b)(1), and arising from an order authorizing the attachment of certain funds on the ground that the funds are attachable interests under Bancec, judgment of the district court is reversed where such funds are immune from attachment pursuant to Section 1611(b)(1).
