In a civil RICO claim alleging lost business as a result of defendants' investment of funds derived from a pattern of racketeering activity in a competing commercial enterprise, 18 U.S.C. sections 1962(a), 1964 (c), judgment of the district court dismissing complaint for lack of proximate cause is reversed where plaintiff's complaint alleged facts sufficient to state proximate causation.
