Conviction for securities fraud and conspiracy to commit securities and wire fraud, 15 U.S.C. sections 78j(b), 78ff and 18 U.S.C. sections 371, 1349, is affirmed in part where venue in the Eastern District was proper for the conspiracy counts, but reversed in part where venue was not proper for the substantive securities fraud count.
