Smith v. Silverman, 10-1565

In a dispute arising from a bankruptcy proceeding, judgment of the district court denying motion to reopen, for the purpose of pursuing an adversary proceeding against Chapter 7 trustee of debtor’s estate, is affirmed where Bankruptcy Court: 1) did not abuse its discretion in denying motion; and 2) properly dismissed appellants' complaint.
