United States Second Circuit
US v. Cuadrado (Cedeño), 09-1857
Conviction and sentencing of defendant on robbery, kidnapping, and related charges is upheld where although district court improperly limited cross-examination of a government witness at trial by barring the use of a state court's finding that the witness had given false testimony in a prior judicial proceeding, such error was not prejudicial.
