Caceres v. The Port Authority of New York & Jersey, 09-3064
In an action brought by a plaintiff who was detained for two days on a warrant erroneously attributed to him, judgment and damage award against the government is reversed and remanded with instructions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Finding of qualified immunity for the officer on the false arrest claim is affirmed.
