In an action brought by property owners arising out of insurance coverage of a contract for a building's partial interior demolition, summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs is: 1) reversed in part, where a contract has not been "executed" in the absence of either a signature by or on behalf of both parties or full performance; 2) affirmed in part, where defendant was bound to provide insurance coverage to the plaintiffs under an umbrella policy; and 3) partially certified to the New York Court of Appeals to answer a question regarding insurance coverage.
