Giordano v. Thomson, 07-2658

In an adverse employment action, district court judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff was not entitled to receive payments under the company's severance plan; 2) plaintiff was not terminated in violation of ERISA's anti-retaliation provision; and 3) plaintiff's unjust enrichment claim has no merit.
