STX Panocean (UK) Co., Ltd. v. Glory Wealth Shipping Pte Ltd., 08-6131

In an action involving maritime attachment and garnishment claims, district court's vacatur of the maritime attachment obtained by plaintiff is affirmed and motion for a stay dismissed as moot where defendants met the requirements for being found in the district for purposes of Rule B of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions, and thus plaintiffs are not entitled to maintain the attachment.
