United States Second Circuit

US v. Friedberg, 08-3763

Sentence for tax evasion is affirmed where district court properly applied an abuse of trust sentencing enhancement under the United States Sentencing Guidelines as the defendant's tax evasion was part of a larger scheme, an integral part of which involved abusing a position of trust. The sentence was also not substantively unreasonable.
