In a claim by plaintiff-parents against a private group home facility and its employees for restricting plaintiffs' ability to communicate with and visit their son, dismissal of plaintiffs' section 1983 action for failure to state claim is affirmed where the restrictions imposed by defendants on the plaintiffs' ability to communicate with their son cannot be attributed to the state.
