Dismissal of plaintiff-employee's claims against former employer-defendant for termination in violation of whistleblower protection law and breach of employment contract, is affirmed where: 1) Court of Appeals' answers to certified questions required court to affirm district court decision; 2) section 741 applies only to "a person who performs health care services" and not to employees who coordinate services for hospital patients; and 3) as a matter of law, defendant-hospital is not entitled to attorney's fees.
