Barco-Sandoval v. Gonzales, 06-0360
Petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals, which denied petitioner's application for cancellation of removal under section 240A(b)(1) of the INA, is denied where: 1) the court lacks jurisdiction to review the agency's discretionary and factual determinations underlying the denial of petitioner's application for cancellation of removal; and 2) petitioner fails to raise any colorable constitutional claims or questions of law.
