Petition for review challenging denial of application for withholding of removal and relief pursuant to the Convention Against Torture is denied where the IJ made the sort of explicit credibility finding required by Diallo v. INS, 232 F.3d 279, 290 (2d Cir. 2000), and the adverse credibility determination was supported by substantial evidence.
