United States Second Circuit
Yan v. Mukasey, 04-4700
Petition for review challenging denial of petitioner's application for asylum and related relief is denied over claims that the IJ's adverse credibility finding was not supported by substantial evidence in the record, the IJ failed to explain why certain actions were implausible, and the IJ impermissibly interpreted those actions from his own point of view.
