Order certifying a class of freelance authors and approving a settlement of their copyright infringement claims arising from the unauthorized electronic reproduction of their work is vacated where the District Court lacked jurisdiction over the overwhelming majority of class members' claims, as they concern the infringement of unregistered copyrights.
