Petition for review of BIA's refusal to grant a continuance of petitioner's removal proceedings pending appeal to the BIA from district director's denial of I-130 immigrant visa petition is denied where the BIA was within its discretion in denying the continuance on the ground that petitioner offered no meaningful argument as to his likelihood of success on appeal.
