Burt v. Gates, 05-1732
In case brought by faculty members at Yale Law School regarding the Solomon Amendment's denial of federal funding if any part of a university refuses military recruiters equal access to its students and campuses, holding that the Solomon Amendment violated plaintiffs' First Amendment rights is reversed as the Supreme Court held that the Solomon Amendment does not violate the First Amendment.
