Grant of habeas petition vacating conviction for securities fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud is affirmed over government claims that defendant's claim under Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36 (2004) is procedurally barred and, alternatively, that any error in admitting the plea allocutions was harmless.
