Grant of petitioner's claim for relief under the U.N. Convention Against Torture, but denial of application for asylum and withholding of removal, is vacated and remanded where the IJ and BIA erred in evaluating petitioner's claim that she suffered persecution on account of her membership in a particular social group or due to political opinion imputed to her.
