US v. Hall, 05-6919
Conviction and sentence based on guilty plea to racketeering and to conspiracies to commit murder and to distribute heroin and cocaine are affirmed, however, case is remanded for entry of a written statement of reasons for imposing a below-Guidelines sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 3553(c)(2).
