Dillon v. Morano, 06-2501

Summary judgment for defendant on plaintiff's claim that defendant allegedly engaged in a series of adverse employment actions against plaintiff as retaliation for plaintiff's prior protected First Amendment activity is vacated as to plaintiff's claim that he was denied a promotion where he has presented sufficient evidence from which a rational trier of fact could rule in his favor.
